The weather is a pretty short subject where Hawaii is concerned...it's almost always great! Perfect for romantic travelers, the days are blissfully balmy with slightly cooler nights. But don't forget a sweater if you'll be visiting some of the higher altitudes! Weather falls into two broad categories in Hawaii: a summer season that runs from May to October and a winter (locally called Ho'oilo) which run from November to April. Without a look at the calendar, though, you'd probably have a tough time telling winter from summer; both are beautiful.
The wettest months are November - March, with the month of February providing that famous "liquid sunshine" most often, although usually not for several days at a time.
