Best Time of Year To Visit:

The best time of year to visit depends on your destination. For the cooler, northern reaches, the best months are June through August; January through March are the least expensive months. Spring and fall are excellent times to visit and moderately priced.

The best time to visit the desert regions like Sedona are April through May and September through December. Summers are considered a mid-priced, "shoulder" season and January through March are the least expensive months.
