Suites can be a sweet deal for lucky couples who can fit these spacious accommodations in the budget. Just what defines a suite? That can vary greatly from resort to resort, hotel to hotel. In general, a suite means that your room is far more than one room. At the least, a suite should include a living/dining room and a bedroom, either completely separated into separate rooms or by different levels, half walls, etc. But a suite can be much more. Some include full cooking facilities (and at some resorts you can arrange for a private chef to come cook for you en suite). Others include more than one bedroom and more that one bathroom (especially helpful for couples planning a destination wedding--do you really want to start your married life fighting over the sink?) Suites are the most expensive rooms at a property but don't give up; during off season or low season, you can sometimes snag a suite at the same price as a regular room during high season!
