The concierge is often seated in the hotel lobby and this man or woman is a veritable treasure chest of answers and assitance, ready to help you make the most of your stay.

Some hotels and resorts have one concierge to serve the entire property; others have a dedicated concierge for a particular floor or group of suites within the property, for more personalized service (like Sandals' Suite Concierge service.)
