a "club floor" (also sometimes called an "executive
floor") at many hotels. These floors are found in large hotels
(often only city hotels) as well as a few resorts like the Hyatt
Regency Grand Cayman.
The extra features
found on a club floor can include:
private elevator
access (you'll use your room key to access the club floor)
a private lounge
with breakfast (sometimes continental, sometimes full), hors
d'oevres, and cocktails
a dedicated concierge
just for the floor to help you book shows, make dinner reservations,
or assist with transportation needs
