Where: First United Methodist Church in Ames, Iowa

The Ceremony:  Four hundred guests converged on the groom's hometown of Ames, Iowa to witness the Unitarian service, in which Robb Vallier slipped on to Traci Bingham's finger a band of white gold adorned with over twenty-four diamonds.

The dress: A forty pound, intricately beaded white satin Escada gown with a full tulle skirt and fourteen foot long train brought a touch of Tinseltown glamour to the small midwestern community. Traci's regal look was enhanced with a long sheer veil attached to an antique diamond tiara, courtesy of jeweler Fred Leighton. Never one to neglect her sensual nature, the bride's intimate apparel was provided by Frederick's of Hollywood and Trashy Lingerie, and included a garter belt that, when triggered, played the wedding standard "Here Comes The Bride."

While the groomsmen were garbed in Ralph Lauren tuxedos, the ten bridesmaid's who preceded the actress down the aisle were attired in full-length, champagne-colored satin Escada gowns with matching opera gloves and a daring split skirt which allowed the attendants, including former MTV VJ Downtown Julie Brown and fellow "Baywatch" beauties Carmen Electra and Gena Lee Nolin, to show a little leg. The bridesmaid's carried small nosegays comprised of roses in varying hues of pink, while the bride held a cascading bouquet of blushing pink roses.

The Reception: In true fairytale fashion, a blast of trumpets announced the entrance of the newlyweds to a reception at Iowa State Memorial Union, where guests were entertained with a string quartet, violinists, and even the bride's ninety year old grandmother, who provided organ music. Perched at the pinnacle of the five-layer oval-shaped wedding cake was a miniature swing-- a replica of the one the couple sat upon when the groom proposed.
