The Ceremony: A childhood friendship blossomed into love when the former L'Oreal spokeswoman was reintroduced to her old Gaffney High School classmate. Over 200 guests were present at the hour long evening ceremony, held at a turn of the century house of worship near the Blue Ridge Parkway. The nuptials were a family affair for the actress, with her two daughters in the bridal party and a cousin providing a reading. Even an injury sustained in an overzealous game of basketball the night before the wedding could not deter the bride's adolescent son from walking his mother to the altar.

The Dress:  The actress famous for donning multiple bridal gowns in the comedy "Four Weddings and A Funeral" chose a strapless ballgown in oyster-colored satin created by designer to the stars Vera Wang. Vintage hair clips helped to restrain her mass of brunette curls.

The Reception:  Situated in one of the wealthiest communities in the United States, the Biltmore Forest Country Club, the private resort where the festivities took place, can be found near the prestigious Biltmore Estate.
