Kelly Rowland, Roy Williams Engaged Again

June 2005--It looks as though Kelly Rowland, currently on the road with Destiny's Child in their farewell tour, will fulfill her own destiny with Dallas Cowboys safety Roy Williams after all. After initially announcing their engagement in May 2004, the couple decided to postpone a walk down the aisle in February 2005. True love won out in the end, however, and the pair are once again making plans for the future, which include a home in the Dallas area.
