Anna Paquin and Katie Holmes Film at New York Vineyard

Bride-to-be Anna Paquin, currently in front of the cameras for the maritally-minded movie The Romantics, had the opportunity before filming a scene to take in the beauty of a venue which has echoed with wedding vows many times-- The Old Field Vineyards, which will share screen time with Paquin, Katie Holmes, Josh Duhamel, Elijah Wood and Adam Brody when the movie hits theaters in 2010.

Established in 1974, this family-run and operated site in Southold, New York not only welcomes wine lovers for tastings and historical tours, but also pairs who wish to pledge their love at the only Long Island area vineyard with its own private beach. Cast in the role of the "I do" destination in the upcoming romantic dramedy, the timesreview.com reports that the members of the big screen bridal party will carry all-green bouquets when they start their walk down the aisle on grounds that will be adorned with an archway purchased from Cutchogue's Down Home Store for the cinematic ceremony.

Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and Suri in Melbourne

Its trumpet raised as though to herald the news, the gilded angel statue which guards the Princess Theatre from on high was a silent witness to the arrival of Hollywood royalty as photographers, eager to capture images of Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and their daughter, flocked to a limousine which stopped at the entrance to the Melbourne landmark. Unfazed by all the fuss, a sleepy-eyed Suri smiled for the cameras as the Cruise clan made their way inside the 19th century opera house, which rang out with the sounds of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons during a performance of Jersey Boys.

Currently in Australia for her role in the upcoming horror flick Don't Be Afraid of the Dark, Katie Holmes may have found the haunted history of The Princess Theatre of interest as the lights dimmed for the musical production. Legend states that the spirit of an actor whose heart gave way as the curtain fell on a performance of Faust not only lingered long enough to take a bow as the audience applauded on that evening in 1888, but continues to enjoy the entertainment on stage to this day.

After the show, the Tinseltown threesome returned to the Crown Towers Hotel, which the Daily Mail reports will be the family's home away from home for the movie's 12-week shooting schedule.

Katie Holmes Films at The Russian Tea Room

Sporting red, yellow and green beads in her hair, actress Katie Holmes brought a bit of a bohemian vibe to The Russian Tea Room as she stepped into character to film a scene for her upcoming comedy, The Extra Man.

If the movie had been made in 1979, The Russian Tea Room's young coat check clerk-- a girl with stars in her eyes named Madonna-- would have handled the actors' mantles. It seems only fitting that a future entertainment legend would choose a New York City landmark as a place to learn about life in the limelight.

A star in its own right since opening its doors in 1927, the crimson-colored booths of The Russian Tea Room have shared the silver screen with Dustin Hoffman in Tootsie, Shirley MacLaine and Anne Bancroft in The Turning Point and Woody Allen in Manhattan. The Big Apple eatery has played a role in the romantic lives of luminaries as well, with British comedian Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean) marrying his love Sunetra Sastry at the venue in 1990.

20309: Tom Cruise and Family in Rio de Janeiro

Seventy-six years after Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers filmed their first onscreen dance together for the romantic musical Flying Down the Rio at the Copacabana Palace Hotel & Spa, today's top Tinseltown twosome checked in to one of the 222 rooms and suites at Rio de Janeiro's landmark retreat, the Daily Mail reported.

Taking time out from promoting his latest cinematic venture Valkyrie, Tom Cruise-- along with wife Katie Holmes and daughter Suri-- enjoyed a few family outings during their stay in the city.

The couple mulled over the menu at Sushi Leblon, Rio's top spot for Japanese cuisine and hopped aboard a helicopter which offered an overview of the city as it flew toward nearby Angra Dos Reis, where Suri searched for seashells that will be lasting souvenirs of their trip.
