Tamera Mowry, who starred with her twin sister Tia in the maritally-minded Lifetime TV Movie Network feature Double Wedding, stepped into the real life role of a bride when she exchanged vows with Fox News correspondent Adam Housley on May 15, 2011.
A July 2010 proposal in Italy led to the couple’s nuptials in a Napa Valley vineyard. The outdoor I do’s, planned by wedding coordinator Mindy Weiss, was enjoyed by more than 300 friends and family members who looked on as eight bridesmaids (including the bride’s star sibling, who acted as Matron of Honor) blazed a trail down the aisle for the actress, who made her grand entrance in a Carolina Herrera creation.
According to the Baltimore Sun, the newly-dubbed Mrs. donned two more frocks for post-wedding festivities– a Dolce and Gabbana two-piece for the reception and a Herve Leger design for an after-party.
Wanting to share her special day with her fans, portions of the wedding will appear on an episode of Tia and Tamera: Take Two, which will premiere on the Style Network in the summer of 2011.
