Actress Majandra Delfino, who will soon appear in the ABC Family series The Great State of Georgia, was joined in the great state of matrimony with actor David Walton on March 18, 2011.
The groom, who currently stars in the NBC comedy Perfect Couples, met his perfect match on the set of the short-lived series Quarterlife. The couple’s love story led to a walk down the aisle at Miami’s Trinity Cathedral, People magazine reports.
A vision in a Valentino gown, the bride exchanged vows with her groom in the presence of 200 family members and friends, including Delfino’s former co-star on the cult classic sci-fi series Roswell Katherine Heigl, who accepted the role of bridesmaid for the happy occasion, and Heigl’s husband, singer Josh Kelley, Walton’s Perfect Couples cast mate Hayes MacArthur and his wife, actress Ali Larter, who bore witness to the wedding.
Following the ceremony, the newly dubbed Mrs. stepped out of her ballgown bridal attire and into a streamlined silhouette from Pronovias for a reception at a site which holds a special place in the star’s heart, The Surf Club ballroom. Having once danced at the venue at the age of 19 during her debutante ball, the bride found herself once again on the dance floor, this time in the arms of the man she loves.
