Her reply during the question portion of the Miss USA contest may have been controversial, but there were no objections to the answer former Miss California Carrie Prejean gave to the question posed to her at the altar of Capella Church inside the Grand Del Mar Hotel in San Diego on July 2, 2010 as the officiant asked “Do you take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband?”
Following a year-long romance which lead to a February 2010 engagement, the beauty queen exchanged the title of Miss for Mrs. as she was pronounced the wife of Oakland Raiders quarterback Kyle Boller. According to E! online, six bridesmaids in strapless scarlet-hued silhouettes strolled down the aisle before the bride made her grand entrance in a one-shoulder, mermaid-style wedding dress.
