As a judge on both America’s Got Talent and Britain’s Got Talent, Piers Morgan has helped to grant the gift of stardom to amateur performers who have dreamed of seeing their names in lights. On June 24, 2010 the reality personality’s own personal dream became a reality as he exchanged vows with the woman he loves, Celia Walden.
Far removed from the sparkle of show biz, the happy couple enjoyed an intimate “I do” at St. Mary’s Church, an 11th century house of worship in Swinbrook, Oxfordshire, England. A small gathering of family and friends looked on as the bride– styled as a bohemian beauty with a daisy chain wreath resting on her blonde locks, a bouquet of country blossoms and a flowing white dress– walked down the aisle, the Daily Mail reports.
Adding a refined touch to the happy day, a black Rolls Royce waited outside the church, ready to whisk the newlyweds (who had become betrothed during a romantic getaway to Paris in December 2009) to a pub reception following the nuptials.
