Millions tuned in to see the fairytale wedding ceremony of reality personalities Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney, but The Bachelor bride and groom’s happily ever after had only just begun. Married life has already provided the pair with memories that will last a lifetime, starting with an exotic honeymoon excursion to South Africa.
Boarding a flight on South African Airways, the lovebirds were whisked away to Cape Town, where they unpacked their luggage at the Cape Grace Hotel, where they enjoyed the sight on a private quay before heading to Knysna, where the tranquil waters of a lagoon reflected their images as they were welcomed to the Pezula Resort.
The mist from a classic steam engine added a touch of mystery to the newlyweds’ cross country trip aboard the Rovos Rail train, which chugged from Cape Town to Kruger for the next stop on the couple’s tour– the Lion Sands Ivory Lodge in Kruger National Park.
After savoring South Africa’s natural beauty, the couple said good-bye to the land of their honeymoon getaway with a stay at Johannesburg’s five-star sanctuary, The Palazzo Montecasino, South African Tourism reports.
