Welsh singer/TV host Charlotte Church– currently a judge on the BBC series Over the Rainbow– has been floating on a cloud since her birthday betrothal with her love of the past five years, rugby star Gavin Henson. Whisked away in a helicopter which landed at the couple’s home, the songbird soon found herself dining at The Nare Hotel in Truro, Cornwall on February 21, 2010. Little did Church realize that a walk after their romantic repast would start the pair on a path that will lead to a walk down the aisle.

On bended knee, the sports star slipped a two-carat, heart-shaped diamond engagement ring he had purchased in Dubai on the left hand of the bride-to-be, who proudly shows off the sparkler on the current cover of the UK’s OK! magazine.

Presently planning their upcoming nuptials, the happy couple confided that they are dreaming of an island “I do” which will include their two young children, two-year-old Ruby and 15- month-old Dexter.
