Backstreet Boy A.J. McLean Engaged

As midnight heralded the arrival of January 9, 2010, Backstreet Boys member A.J. McLean celebrated both his 32nd birthday and the dawn of a new life together with the woman he loves. In a “Larger Than Life” gesture, the entertainer took to the stage at Wasted Space nightclub at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas with Rochelle Deanna Karidis, knelt on one knee and asked for the hand of his lady love.

According to People.com, the singer slipped a sparkler on his soul mate’s finger which he had purchased earlier in the day at the hotel’s jewelry store, Rocks.

Currently enjoying their first weekend as fiances, the happy couple have yet to announce a a date for an upcoming wedding.
