As a co-anchor of NBC’s Weekend Today and a national correspondent for the NBC Nightly News, Amy Robach is accustomed to reporting the day’s top stories. On September 27, 2009, however, the TV correspondent became the news when it was revealed that she had said “yes” to a marriage proposal from actor Andrew Shue, a former cast member on the original Melrose Place.
According to the New York Post, in the spring of this year sparks began to fly between the couple, whose romance began after both had felt the heartache of recent divorces.
Currently enjoying their first days of betrothed bliss, the pair have yet to announce a date for their impending I do’s.
