"American Idol" Judge Kara DioGuardi's Wedding

As a judge on American Idol, Kara DioGuardi helps to make dreams of stardom a reality. July 5, 2009 was a day for the reality personality's own dream to come true, however, as she exchanged vows with the man she loves, contractor Mike McCuddy, InTouch Weekly revealed.

An intimate "I do," just 30 friends and family members walked through the doors of the United Methodist Church in Prospect Harbor, Maine, rising from the pews in honor of the bride as she made her grand entrance in a strapless Vera Wang gown featuring a show-stopping flared skirt. The sophisticated silhouette was a far cry from the smiley face pj's she wore on December 8, 2008, when her prospective groom slipped a David Yurman engagement ring on her finger-- an 18 karat gold band crowned with a champagne citrone stone which now rests alongside the wedding ring she received during the short ceremony.
