Olympic Medalist Heather Mitts Sets Wedding Date

Soccer star Heather Mitts, who stood alongside her teammates at the top of the podium to receive her gold medal during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, is now preparing to stand at the altar beside a man who no doubt, in her eyes, has a heart of gold-- Philadelphia Eagles quarterback A.J. Feeley.

Revealing to The Boston Globe that she has been sporting an engagement ring on her left hand since before the Christmas 2008 holidays, the 2004 recipient of ESPN's "Sexiest Female Athlete" title announced that the couple plan to begin their married life in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on February 13, 2010. The ceremony will be the fruition of a love which began to blossom seven years ago.
