20909: Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy Engaged

Actress Claire Danes, who will forever be remembered by TV buffs for her role as awkward adolescent Angela Chase in the short-lived series My So-Called Life, has announced that she plans to embark on a new life together with actor Hugh Dancy (Confessions of A Shopaholic), People magazine reports.

A private pair, Danes and Dancy-- who have been an item since sharing the screen in the 2007 drama Evening-- have not divulged details of their betrothal or impending "I do."
