111808: Baseball Star Kevin Youkilis' Wedding

Dubbed "The Greek God of Walks" for his prowess on a baseball playing field, Boston Red Sox star Kevin Youkilis walked down the aisle on November 9, 2008 with his fiancée of the past year, Enza Sambataro.

Just as they have supported him on the diamond, several of the groom's team mates-- second baseman Dustin Pedroia, third baseman Mike Lowell and designated hitter David Américo Ortiz Arias (also known to sports fans as "Big Papi")-- were among the 120 guests on hand for the first baseman's big day, the Boston Globe reported.

Accustomed to an infield mix of sand and clay, the groom stepped upon the golden sands of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico to say "I do" to his bride, who donned a Vera Wang creation for the occasion.
