105208: "Crusoe" Star Philip Winchester Engaged

MGM Special Screening Of 'Flyboys' - Arrivals
To pass the time, people playing the desert island game have pondered with whom they would want to be stranded. For actor Philip Winchester, who portrays author Daniel Defoe's iconic castaway Robinson Crusoe in the new NBC series Crusoe, the answer is easy-- his fiancee, Megan Coughlin.

According to the New York Post's Page Six section, the bride-to-be recently regaled friends in Times Square with the story of the chivalrous small screen star's proposal on bended knee while in the TV show's treehouse set in South Africa.

Currently enjoying betrothed bliss, the happy couple have not announced plans for their impending "I do."
