The pair of paparazzi magnets enjoyed a welcome break from prying eyes during a weekend-long stay at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort and Spa in Paradise Valley, Arizona, Star magazine reports.

Having played host to a number of notables over the years including Britney Spears, Elton John and Indianapolis 500 champion Buddy Rice, who chose the site for his wedding ceremony, the boutique retreat is accustomed to accommodating A-listers, offering several secluded guest quarters, including Casa Nine, where the Emmy Award winner and her Grammy-garnering beau unpacked their luggage.
