104508: Actress Gemma Atkinson Reportedly Engaged to Marcus Bent

Actress Gemma Atkinson, who once compared her beau to a rare diamond, is now sporting a sparkler on her ring finger worth £83,000, courtesy of the same gem of a man-- Birmingham City striker Marcus Bent. According to the Daily Star, the former Hollyoaks star, who recently appeared on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, said "Yes" when the footballer asked for her hand in marriage during a recent romantic getaway to the Lake District, England's largest National Park.

Their shared feelings having survived a 2007 breakup, the couple-- whose love story began in 2006-- have not announced plans for their proposed walk down the aisle.
