73808: Paul Lieberstein of "The Office" Celebrates Wedding in NYC

Actor Paul Lieberstein, who played Dunder Mifflin paper company’s mild-mannered human resources director Toby Flenderman on the NBC comedy hit The Office, received a piece of paper with special significance on July 19, 2008– a marriage certificate. According to the New York Times, the Emmy- Award-winning screenwriter/co-executive producer exchanged vows with Santa Monica College English instructor Janine Serafin Poreba during a ceremony presided over by both a Presbyterian minister and a rabbi.

The happy couple chose to set out on their new life together as husband and wife at Battery Gardens restaurant in New York City. Situated within Battery Park, the venue offered a view of Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty.
