Like the bride herself, the clip-clop of horses’ hooves also heralded the arrival of nine cherubic flower girls and page boys. Their jauntily-worn hats sheltering their faces from the sun, the children would reign in the train of the bride’s Carolina Herrera gown as the bride began her stroll down the aisle and as the newlyweds took their first walk together as husband and wife following the ceremony.
