A tradition long held in Belgium, presents are exchanged in observance of St. Nicholas' Feast Day, which takes place annually on December 6. When the holiday arrives this year Archduchess Marie-Christine of Austria and Count Rodolphe of Limburg Stirum will give each other the greatest gift of all-- the promise of an everlasting love as they are united in marriage.

On June 21, 2008 the happy couple gathered alongside their respective families to announce to the media their intention to wed, Hello magazine reports. The nuptials will take place in Mechelen, a Belgian city which is forever linked to another royal-- Anne Boleyn, the second wife of King Henry VIII.
