Ten days before she donned an orange Roberto Cavalli creation for her red carpet walk at the 80th Annual Academy Awards, actress Kelly Preston slipped into a Badgley Mischka number for an appearance at the 27th Annual Red Rose Ball, held at the Jacksonville Marriott in Jacksonville, Florida. Her husband of the past 17 years, sharp-dressed superstar John Travolta, attired in Armani that evening, proudly stood by her side as they welcomed 720 guests to the event, which helped to raise $1.2 million for a neonatal intensive care unit at St. Vincent's Hospital, the Florida Times-Union reports.
