Stylish chanteuse Toni Braxton, who stirred souls with her 1996 number one single “Un-Break My Heart,” helped to mend hearts in a different fashion on January 31, 2008 as she donned a couture creation for Women’s Day magazine’s 5th Annual Red Dress Awards, held this year at one of New York City’s most sophisticated nightclubs, the Rande Gerber-owned Stone Rose Lounge inside the Time Warner Center. Looking “M’m! M’m! Good!” in her Campbell’s soup-influenced designed by Lisa Perry for the Go Red for Women campaign, the multi-Grammy Award winner, who became a spokesperson for the American Heart Association after being diagnosed with a coronary ailment, joined the evening’s host, The Insider‘s Lara Spencer, and TV and movie star Allison Janney on the red carpet.
