The combination of turquoise blue waters, white sand beaches and a plethora of palm trees have brought out the romantic in many of the celebrities who have vacationed in the Bahamas. Following in the footsteps of crooner Michael Bolton, who proposed to Desperate Housewives cast member Nicolette Sheridan in March 2006 during their getaway to the island, Sopranos star James Gandolfini asked former model Deborah Lin to be his bride as they enjoyed a Caribbean Christmas, perezhilton.com reported.
