Although Jules Egan received a number of expensive gifts from Australian Idol season one winner Guy Sebastian on Christmas Day, including a Louis Vuitton handbag, a four-wheel drive and a new house, the singer gave his love of the past eight years a priceless present on Boxing Day (December 26, 2007), as he knelt on one knee on the sands at Hervey Bay, Queensland and offered her the promise of a lifetime together as husband and wife, New Idea magazine reports. One hundred and forty diamonds on a band of white gold sparkled in the sunlight as the entertainer slipped the engagement ring on the finger of the woman who will become his bride in 2008.Labels: Celebrity engagements
