10608: MTV Reality Stars in Teen Drama Filmed in North Carolina
The placid waters that wash up on the white sand shore at Wrightsville Beach, which once reflected such famous faces as Katie Holmes, Joshua Jackson and James Van Der Beek during the days of Dawson's Creek, mirror the images of a new batch of rising stars in the new TV drama series Whittaker Bay, which premiered on Superstation WGN on January 5, 2008. MTV reality personalities Sabrina and Kelly Aldridge of 8th and Ocean fame joined the talented team of teen thespians in front of the camera for scenes filmed at locales throughout Wilmington, North Carolina, a community of 65,000 residents which was first propelled to celebrity status during production of the beloved coming of age series and still shines in the spotlight courtesy of One Tree Hill and this new heart-tugging TV venture.Labels: Celebrity Travel
