103107: Dita Von Teese Attends Goth Wedding

As though blessing their new life together as husband and wife, blood red rose petals rained down upon Jessicka Fodera and Christian Hejnal, members of the indie band Scarling, moments after the couple said "I do" on October 13, 2007. According to the L.A. Times, burlesque beauty Dita Von Teese and Bauhaus drummer Kevin Haskins were among the guests who gathered to witness the nuptials at Oviatt penthouse, a Los Angeles Art Deco masterpiece deemed a "castle in the air" which was also a wedding locale for "Samantha Who?" co-star Melissa McCarthy and actor Ben Falcone in October 2005.

A crimson carpet guided the bride down the aisle, the champagne-hued silk and black Chantilly lace of her Adele Mildred and M'Lynn wedding dress gently rustling in time with the Sigur Rós song that played as she walked to to the altar, where her goth groom, garbed in a black suit and silver tie, waited alongside the officiant, who donned an Easter bunny head for the occasion. The couple, who decided that their new marital moniker would be "Addams," sealed their seven-year romance with white gold wedding bands before heading to the reception, where guests sampled a tasty treat-- tufts of pink cotton candy.

103007: Wedding of Austrian Princess

The interior of St. Peter's Abbey in Salzburg, Austria, which rang out with the stirring music of Mozart when the composer's Mass in C Minor debuted at the house of worship back in 1783, echoed with the footsteps of Princess Marie Therese von Hohenberg on October 27, 2007 as the Austrian royal made her grand entrance and began to walk down the aisle toward Anthony Bailey, who heads Prime Minister Gordon Brown's Faith Task Force. The religious paintings of Kremser Schmidt, which grace the walls and ceiling of the church, were silent witnesses to the event as 600 guests, many who attended the couple's engagement party at St. John's, Smith Square in Westminster in June 2007, stood up from the rows of pews in honor of the bride as she strolled past in a lace-enhanced ivory wedding dress, the gown's train gently sweeping the floor as she made her way to the altar.

Following the religious blessing of their union, junior bridesmaids and pages dressed in white and red garments held the bride's cathedral-length veil aloft as the newlyweds walked beneath a sword arch and posed for photos outside the church before heading for a reception held at the Salzburg Festival Hall. According to The Daily Mail, the pair joined family and friends the following day for a brunch at Salzburg's Museum of Modern Art.

0102809: Wedding of Actress Kim Hee-sun

Although rain fell on the morning of October 19, 2007, the droplets seemed only to serve as a blessing over the impending union of South Korean actress Kim Hee-sun and entrepeneur Park Joo-young, and as the clock struck six that evening, the sky was clear as the movie star began her walk down the white aisle runner draped on the lawn of Aston House, located next to the Sheraton Walker Hill hotel in Seoul. Standing in the distance, Mount A-Cha provided a dramatic backdrop as the bride, wearing a strapless white gown and long, diaphanous veil, and the groom, who donned a classic black tuxedo for the occasion, pledge their eternal love in the presence of 200 witnesses, KBS reported.

102807: Actor Matt Dallas Enjoys Birthday in Las Vegas

Although they step into the skins of different characters for a living, even actors enjoy dressing up in costume for Halloween. As pretty as a pin-up girl, fellow "Kyle XY" cast member April Matson popped out of a cake, much to the pleasure of the birthday boy, before joining the sword swallowers, strongmen and contortionists who partied the night away at a pre-Halloween party, the TAO Insanity Ball.

102707: Wedding of Rugby Star Andrew Johns

When the DVD "Andrew Johns- The Story So Far" was released in 2002, the rugby star had no idea that Catherine Mahoney, the woman hired to promote the work, would become a leading player in the following chapters of his life. On October 27, 2007 the publicist boarded a water taxi which bore her to Shark Island, a Sydney Harbour National Park site, where the retired Australian rugby hero waited to make her his wife.

Clutching a bouquet of blush tone and ivory roses, the bride walked past 150 friends and family members, including rugby stars Danny Buderas and Ben Kennedy, toward a canopy composed of French Chantilly lace, the Daily Telegraph reports. A view of the Opera House in the distance, the breeze from Sydney Harbour gently played with the bride's silk tulle veil and the overlay of French silk tulle that draped over her Johanna Johnson silk satin gown as she recited her vows in an early evening ceremony.

0102707: Wedding of Rugby Captain Darren Lockyer

Standing on the steps of the Ithaca Presbyterian Church in Red Hill, Queensland, Australia on October 27, 2007, Loren Pollock's diaphanous veil waved in the wind as she posed for photos alongside her love of the past three years, Brisbane Broncos captain Darren Lockyer. Earlier in the afternoon, bridesmaids in silver, knee-length dresses, the fabric mirroring that of the groom's tie, had walked down the aisle ahead of the bride, who made her grand entrance in a strapless, Grecian-inspired gown accented with a bejeweled belt by designers Scanlan & Theodore. Australian website News.com reported that during the 20-minute ceremony, the hauntingly beautiful lyrics from The Phantom of The Opera and the joyous refrain of a song that expressed the couple's feelings on their special day-- The Beatles' "All You Need Is Love"-- echoed inside the house of worship as the couple exchanged vows.

Exiting the chapel, just like over 250 newlyweds who have said "I do" inside Ithaca Presbyterian Church over the past two decades, the couple were greeted with a rainfall of red and white rose petals, which seemed to christen their new life together as they kissed for the first time as husband and wife.

102607: Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher Filming in Las Vegas

Illusionist Hans Klok's celebrity assistant Pamela Anderson was not the only star to bring a little magic to the Planet Hollywood Resort in late October 2007. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, the Strip's latest stomping ground for the glitterati welcomed Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher as cameras rolled inside the resort's 2.5-acre casino for the upcoming comedy, "What Happens In Vegas...". Lensing on the romantic romp began in Las Vegas after a late September 2007 shoot at Oheka Castle in Huntington, New York, Newsday reports. A star in its own right, the elegant, Jazz Age-era edifice, which was an architectural inspiration of F. Scott Fitzgerald when writing "The Great Gatsby," was first seen on the silver screen in the epic which the American Film Institute would deem the greatest movie of all time, "Citizen Kane".

According to UK newspaper The Mirror, the singer mixed business with pleasure during her England excursion by shopping for diamonds when not attending meetings centered around her upcoming CD "Growing Pains." 102307: Keira Knightley Films at Holkham Hall

Bow and quiver in hand, a sculpture of the Roman goddess Diana stands in the Statue Gallery at Holkham Hall, an 18th century Palladian revival retreat in North Norfolk which will achieve silver screen immortality when "The Duchess," a biodrama chronicling the life Georgiana Spencer, an ancestor of another revered Diana-- the late Princess of Wales, opens in theaters in 2008. Having already filmed scenes on the Chatsworth estate and at Kedleston Hall, Keira Knightley will don a wig and corset as she steps in front of the camera from October 28 through November 7, 2007 at the current residence of Viscount Coke, which is open to the public during select dates each year. Fans of the "Pride and Prejudice" heroine can experience the elegance of this English edifice as they stroll among the alabaster columns in the Marble Hall and imagine that the distant sound of music can still be discerned as they explore the saloon where, back in 1865, another Prince and Princess of Wales, Edward and Alexandra, once danced until dawn. For an added cinematic treat, visitors can also walk along the sandy shore which covers a small portion of Holkham Hall's 25,000-acre estate, just like Gwyneth Paltrow did in a poignant scene from the Academy Award-winning movie, "Shakespeare In Love."

On May 15, 1993, the moving melody from the 1980 romance classic "Somewhere In Time" wafted in the breeze over a private Montecito, California estate as the movie's star began to walk down a sun-dappled aisle toward the leading man in her life, director James Keach. According to the Enquirer, over 350 guests, the bride's "Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman" co-star Joe Lando among them, stood in her honor as Jane Seymour walked past in a peach-hued design by David Emanuel. Befitting a queen of both the small and big screen, the co-creator of Princess Diana's wedding dress fashioned a bodice of Chantilly lace which flowed into a long silk organza overskirt, while a short skirt underneath provided a silhouette worthy of a former James Bond femme fatale.
