120807: Eva Longoria at Cornelia Day Resort

Following in the footsteps of past patrons Jessica Alba, Hilary Swank, Jamie Lynn-Sigler and Kate Bosworth, TV temptress Eva Longoria recently rode the elevator up to the eighth floor at Manhattan’s 663 Fifth Avenue to enjoy one of the spa sessions offered by the Cornelia Day Resort during a day out with her gal pals. While People magazine online reports that the “Desperate Housewives” star chose to have her digits decorated with wine-hued nail polish during her manicure (the day spa offers both a 45-minute signature manicure and a half hour-long classic manicure), the actress had a menu of rejuvenating treatments from which to choose, ranging from a soaking bath ritual and therapeutic stone massage to a transcendental dip in the Watsu pool, where a combination of water warmed to body temperature and a massage therapist helps to melt stress away.

“Desperate Housewives” enthusiasts who are unable to book a spa day at this Upper East Side utopia can still enjoy star treatment from the Cornelia Day Resort with the spa’s line of signature products, which include bath salts, body polish and shower gel.
