120507: Colin Ferguson Films in Puerto Rico

Puerto Rico’s past and present will play prominent roles alongside Hollywood stars when “Christmas In Paradise” debuts on Lifetime Television December 15, 2007. Far from “Eureka,” SCI FI star Colin Ferguson will share time on the small screen not only with co-stars Charlotte Ross, formerly of “NYPD Blue,” and Devon Werkheiser of Nickelodeon’s “Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide,” but also with the battle-hardened facade of El Morro, the 16th century fort towering over San Juan Bay, which welcomes over two million tourists each year.

Fans who want to follow in the footsteps of the celebrities have until the day of the premiere of “Christmas In Paradise” to sign up at for a chance to win a three-day/two-night stay at another of the TV movie’s filming locations, the Gran MeliĆ£ Puerto Rico, in the Holiday in Paradise Sweepstakes. Presented by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company and Lifetime Television, the lucky contestant whose name is announced during the December 15th broadcast of the feel-good TV flick and a friend will unpack their luggage in one of the resort’s oceanfront junior suites, and can enjoy a complimentary spa treatment at the YHI spa and tours of both the El Yunque rain forest and old San Juan.
