Fans who wish to sample cuisine craved by Tinseltown stars can order lunch at Gibsons Bar and Steakhouse from 11a.m.-3p.m. and dinner from 3p.m. until midnight, or simply drink a toast to The Windy City from a stool at Gibsons bar, which stays open until 2a.m.
