Illuminating the night sky over Tman Tun Dr Ismail in Kuala Lumpur, a display of pyrotechnics visually expressed the joy felt by actress Erra Fazira and her love, Engku Emran Datuk Engku Zainal Abidin, moments after they were pronounced husband and wife in a ceremony held October 26, 2007. The movie star / Miss Malaysia 1992, who had donned a white Jovian Mandagie creation for her September 7, 2007 engagement ceremony, once again wore white as she slipped a wedding band on to her groom’s finger and lovingly kissed his hand. According to The Malay Mail, 400 guests had gathered at Puteri restaurant to witness the late evening exchange of vows and enjoy slices of a pulut kuning cake decorated with a bride and groom wedding cake topper during the reception.
