Days before his one-time wife Pamela Anderson said “I do” to Rick Salomon, Michigan’s own Kid Rock showed up in the Motor City as the new MGM Grand Detroit opened its doors. Rolling Stone magazine’s current cover boy chatted with celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck during the hotel’s October 2, 2007 debut.
Fellow guests Grammy Award winners Ashanti and Anita Baker watched the celebratory fireworks display light up the night sky.
