091207: Ben Kingsley Weds in English Manor

Although countless movie-goers have been spellbound by the performances of Sir Ben Kingsley ("Gandhi," "Schindler's List") since his first onscreen appearance in 1972, only 12 guests bore witness to the most important day of the Academy Award winner's life as he exchanged vows with actress Daniela Barbosa de Carneiro on September 3, 2007. British newspaper The Daily Telegraph reports that the groom said "I do" at Eynsham Hall, an 18th century manor house befitting cinematic royalty which is located on 30 verdant acres in Oxfordshire, England. Following the intimate ceremony, the newlyweds celebrated their new marital status along with family and friends at their Spelsbury, Oxfordshire residence.
