The Academy Award-winning actor/director began the month of August by filming scenes with the actors at the mid-18th century, baroque-style beauty, which had a former life as a hospital and a home for orphans before its transformation into a regal retreat in 1973. An upper-crust utopia accustomed to an A-list clientele, the 132-guest room hotel opens its doors each year for the King and Queen of Spain.
