Although Gina Glocksen was not the winner of "American Idol" season 6, the singer has always been number one in the heart of her boyfriend, Joe Ruzicka, who got down on bended knee on August 7, 2007 and presented the entertainer with an engagement ring, reports the Chicago Daily Southtown newspaper. Taking place on stage at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois, ecstatic "Idol" fans, proud of the hometown performer, preserved the moment for posterity as they recorded the proposal on video.
