A 10-day getaway at the Four Seasons Resort in Costa Rica brought with it the promise of a lifetime of happiness for real estate investor Brooke Mueller when she accepted the proposal of her beau of the past 15 months, actor Charlie Sheen. According to People magazine, the "Two and a Half Men" star presented his love with an 11-carat, $500,000 engagement ring as they dined in their suite.
