070607: Nelly Furtado Engaged

On July 6, 2007, music producer Timbaland revealed that the diamond on Nelly Furtado's finger that flashed in the lights at Wembley Stadium during the Grammy Award winner's set at the Concert for Diana is an engagement ring. The "Maneater" singer has been wearing the sparkler since June, courtesy of sound engineer Demacio "Demo" Castellon, who helped the golden-voiced songstress reach platinum record-selling status with her 2006 CD, "Loose." Continuing to keep their relationship low profile, the happy couple have not announced a wedding date.
