Wedding bells chimed in Wymondham, Leicestershire on June 16, 2007, announcing to the world that Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick and his love Lisa Roughead are now husband and wife. An assembled crowd of fans and reporters looked on while bridesmaids in pink, midi-length dresses helped to carry the train of the bride's strapless, body-conscious gown as the newlyweds stepped out into the afternoon sunshine after exchanging vows at the altar of St. Peter's Church.Following the ceremony family and friends, including soccer star Joe Cole, converged at Stapleford Park Country House hotel for a reception.
