060107: Wedding of Soccer Star Igor Biscan

A three-year romance has led to an exchange of vows between Croatian soccer star Igor Biscan and former model Marija Roncevic. On June 1, 2007, junior bridesmaids in knee-length, champagne-hued dresses walked down the aisle of the church of Saint Anthony of Padua ahead of the bride, who clutched a bouquet of ivory roses as she strolled to the altar in a strapless gown designed with a green ribbon sash at the waist which divided the taupe-colored bodice from the flowing white, full-length skirt.

According to web site javno.com, at the conclusion of the wedding ceremony the newlyweds, who are awaiting the autumn arrival of a baby, joined family and friends at Okrugljak restaurant in Zagreb for a reception.
