Where: Vows were exchanged in a beachside service held on the grounds of the Hotelito Desconocido in Jalisco, Mexico.

The Ceremony: As night began to make its way across the sky over the Jalisco hideaway, the couple pledged their love beneath a palm frond arch during a dual language ceremony. (The service was held in the country's native tongue with English translations--something that's required of all weddings in Mexico). Their figures lit by the glow of torchlight, twenty-five guests bore witness as the groom slipped a wedding band next to his loved one's engagement ring, which was purchased from L&L Diamond -- a 1.3 carat round diamond flanked on either side by a smaller baguette-cut diamond.

The Dress: The actress clutched a bouquet of multi-colored flowers as she walked barefoot down a palm leaf-strewn aisle in an ivory, floor-length Badgley Mischka creation that blurred the line between innocence and seduction with its elaborate beadwork and lace combined with spaghetti straps and a low-cut back which accentuated Shannon's sun-kissed skin. To complete the look, a pair of white blossoms was fastened to two interlocking braids which wrapped around the bride's chestnut tresses, which were worn loose for the occasion.

Harmonizing with the sand beneath his bare feet, the groom was clad in a beige linen suit by Ermenegildo Zegna, which was paired with a crisp white shirt and handkerchief tucked into his lapel.

The Reception: Embracing the local culture, the newlyweds sliced into a wedding cake topped with bride and groom skeletons as guests toasted the couple with tequila poured into shot glasses thread through with ribbon and worn around the attendee's necks.
