Where: As Australia is the bride's homeland, the couple chose a venue in the Sydney suburb of Vaucluse to exchange vows.

The Ceremony: "Lord of The Rings" star David Wenham was among the 50 guests on hand to witness the bride receive a wedding band during a dual faith ceremony which would accompany her cushion-cut diamond engagement ring, its center stone embraced on either side by rare kite-shaped diamonds. Once pronounced husband and wife, the bride and groom danced amid floral displays of black-eyed Susans and waratah as guests joyously sang "Havah Nagilah."

The Dress: Although Sarah had posed for the pages of the summer 2005 edition of InStyle Weddings magazine in wedding attire created by the likes of Carolina Herrera, Angel Sanchez and Reva Mivasagar, for her big day the bride chose Australian designer Lisa Ho (whose influence in the world of fashion was acknowledged by her fellow countrymen during the opening ceremony of the 2000 Sydney Olympic games), who created an ethereal white silk tulle gown, which was paired with a diaphanous veil attached to a diamond-studded, antique tiara.

The Reception: As the newlyweds swayed to "Everlasting Love," attendees dined on Maryland crab cakes washed down with Australian beer before returning to their guest quarters at the Park Hyatt at Circular Quay, a luxury hotel near the Sydney Opera House which offers 120 rooms and 38 suites.
