Who:Comedian Jeff Foxworthy and Gregg Foxworthy

Where: New York City, New York

When: Sept. 18, 1985

The Ceremony: New York City's Central Park was the setting for a low-key ceremony between comedian Jeff Foxworthy and his bride, Gregg.

The Reception: In place of a reception, Country Weekly reports that the couple enjoyed a lunch at the park's Tavern on the Green.

A Special Moment: Country Weekly reports that the couple's witness was the park's groundskeeper--who didn't want the couple tossing rice at the end of the ceremony. A little money--and the groundskeeper's appearance in the wedding photo--and the rice was thrown.

Add some starlit touches of your own...

If you liked Jeff and Gregg's nuptials, consider how you can add some stellar touches to your own ceremony. For example:

• Money doesn't have to be a barrier to your wedding plans. Like Jeff and Gregg, you can consider a local public park. Call your city's officials for rules, fees, etc.

• Have a wedding just for two? That doesn't mean you have to forego a reception. It, like your wedding, can be just for the two of you! Splurge at your city's most romantic restaurant.
