West Virginia Marriage Regulations

Applications and/or Documents Required: Bring along original copies of the following (and be sure pack these in your hand luggage, never in your checked bags):

Photo ID (such as Drivers License, State ID or valid passport)

You must also know you parents’ full names, including your mothers’ maiden name, and the state(s) in which they were born.

If previously married, you will need to show certified proof of divorce or a death certificate.

Residency Requirements: none, however if you are a resident, you must apply for the marriage license in your county of residence

Waiting Period: none

Blood Test: none
