Applications and/or Documents Required: Bring along original copies of the following (and be sure pack these in your hand luggage, never in your checked bags):

• Drivers License
  
• Social Security Card
  
• If previously married, you will need to show certified proof of how the marriage ended (a divorce or annulment judgment or a death certificate).
